Frequently Asked Questions Do you have experience photographing sports teams? - Yes! We have experience working with athletes and teams across a variety of sports. Media days are designed to be efficient, organized, and comfortable for athletes of all ages. What is included in a media day session? - Each athlete receives multiple individual poses, with the option for additional photos with teammates or friends. Team photos are also included unless otherwise noted. Specific packages may vary by team size. ​ How long does media day take? - Timing depends on the number of athletes participating. Smaller teams typically take about one hour, while larger teams may require additional time. We’ll work with you ahead of time to plan an efficient schedule. ​ How many athletes can you photograph per hour? - On average, we can photograph 12–15 athletes per hour while still allowing time for quality poses and smooth transitions. ​ Do you provide backdrops or props? - Yes. We offer several backdrop options and can also photograph athletes in their gym, field, or facility when available. Sports equipment and team props are welcome and encouraged but we do not bring any along with us on Media Day except for photography equipment needed & fog. ​ What should athletes wear? - Athletes should arrive in full uniform unless otherwise discussed. Clean uniforms, proper footwear, and any sport-specific equipment help create the best images. How is pricing structured? - Pricing is typically per athlete, with discounts available for larger teams. A minimum number of participants may apply. Custom quotes are available for leagues or multi-team days. ​ How and when are photos delivered? - Photos are delivered via an online gallery where families can view, download, and purchase images. Turnaround time is typically within 1–2 weeks unless a rush service is requested. ​ Are photos retouched? - Yes. All final images include basic professional retouching such as color correction and light skin smoothing. ​ Can teams use the photos for marketing and social media? - Yes. Teams and organizations may use images for websites, social media, and promotional materials. Usage rights are included unless otherwise specified in your contract. ​ Do parents need to sign a photo release? - A photo release is typically required for minors. We can provide release forms if needed. ​ What happens if we need to reschedule? - We understand schedules change. We’re happy to work with you to find a new date when possible, however a rescheduling fee will be applied.
